What data we collect and how we use it
When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide.
When you connect your Notion workspace, we access only the databases you explicitly grant permission for. We store database metadata and field mappings to generate your calendar feeds.
We collect information about how you use CalBridge, including sync frequency and calendar generation statistics.
All sensitive data, including Notion access tokens, are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption.
We implement strict access controls and authentication mechanisms to protect your data from unauthorized access.
We only collect and process data necessary to provide our service. You control which Notion databases are accessed.
We use Notion's official API to access your databases. Your data remains subject to Notion's privacy policy.
We use Supabase for authentication and database services. Data is stored in secure, compliant infrastructure.
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our service. When you delete your account, we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
